Very clean and so close to the city and yet quiet as it's set back.
Minor thing pillows a bit low quality.

We had everything we needed in this well-cared-for apartment. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was unbeatable—it was an easy walk to anywhere in the city center. Katy was an excellent host! We would highly recommend a stay at Moat View when visiting York.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
