The condo is just a perfect place to stay with a family and a dog. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is fabulous. Our air conditioning was broken. The property manager tried to help, but it was a sweltering 80+ degrees throughout our stay. Repairs were necessary, so I am sure that problem will be fixed. I would highly recommend this property, but be aware that there is a homeless "camp" directly across the street.

Beautiful Accommodations, Great location. Amazing View. It does get a bit loud in the evening and continues into early morning hours with local night life and music from bar on street below but otherwise it was perfect.

Wonderful penthouse views and so easy to get to the shops, restaurants, and all other spots in downtown Asheville. It feels very safe despite Asheville’s sad homeless situation. It is an amazing spot to spend time inside as well, modern decor and clean. We’d definitely go back.

The Skylight Condo (I understand the name now, clever!) was beyond our expectations. The unit was modern but welcoming, clean and spacious, fully stocked. And the location...superb: right in the middle of everything and the best part, we didn't have to drive at all!!! The instructions on how to access the flat were clear and concise. The view of the mountains spectacular! Thank you for a wonderful stay and keep up the great work. We hope to see you soon!

Clean, modern, spacious property in downtown Asheville. Overall pleased with choice. Front bedrooms were noisy on weekend nights due to location on busy street. Parking nearby but not that user friendly. Ignored request to strip beds, felt paying enough to not be part of cleaning crew.

As advertised, this is a city location with lots of traditional city noises including a very active night life. Although my immediate family lives in the city and accustomed to this atmosphere, my mother does not and found it quite loud. The location was perfect for getting to UNC-A, West Asheville and, obviously, all downtown attractions. The space was perfect for gathering everyone together to eat, play games, watch tv as well as offer privacy in individual bedrooms.

Got there on a Saturday and as the evening drew near loud music and felt our room vibrating from the bar two doors away ALL night!!!! Was so loud! Sunday-Wednesday fine but started up again Thursday.
Things were not working in the condo and stuff was broken. I let management know and they were willing to fix but we were out and about and we had expensive electronics in house and didn’t want anyone over to fix. Hopefully they fixe after we left.
The front door to enter was constantly getting jammed. Soooo annoying when your exhausted and you just want to get inside your place.
If your a city person and don’t mind loud noises this place is for you!!!!

This condo is lovely and the pictures show accurately how nice it is. We stayed during the weekend and the next door bar played very loud music with lots of bass. I just wanted to make people aware- the street noise, etc. is not bad at all but the loud bass booming until 3 am was rough in all 3 bedrooms. I gave a great rating because the condo is so amazing and the location is wonderful- you can easily walk to everything downtown.

This was the perfect condo for 3 couples visiting Asheville for a long weekend! The kitchen was well stocked (we appreciated the coffee, paper towels, hand soap, bag of ice, etc.) and the beds were very comfortable! The location was within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again when we visit Asheville.

This penthouse was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Asheville. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of downtown. It is within a couple minutes walking distance to all of the restaurants, shops, and points of interest. The layout of the penthouse is great for 2-3 couples or a family of 4-6. We really appreciated the large kitchen, large kitchen table, ample living room seating, 3 separate bedrooms (each with a full bath), and multiple king beds. The good natural lighting in the living room and views of the mountains were also a plus.

This was our second time to the Skylight Condo, but it won’t be our last. Incredible oasis in downtown Asheville. Highly recommended for those who want comfort and convenience. Owner is great and knows how to make it a comfortable stay.

We had a great time and found it to be a good location. The only suggestion we had was it would be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms.

We loved the space, perfect urban location and artfully decorated. It spacious for us and our guests with (3) bedrooms and (3) baths. Loved that they had a washer/dryer really came in handy. All in all I would def recommend this cool place.

Beautiful condo in heart of Downtown Asheville-walkable to numerous great restaurants and shopping. Exceptionally clean and well appointed—great space to relax and have a view of the city and mountains. It was exactly what we expected based on info in the app

We had a lovely stay in this very well-appointed penthouse condo. Check-in was easy. This condo is located in the center of downtown Asheville making it very convenient to park your car and walk where you want to go. There is a parking deck across the street (currently $12/day). The condo has exceptional cookware and everything you need to prepare a nice meal if you choose to dine in. It is stocked with coffee, filters, some spices, sugar, flour, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. (basic items that we all wish every rental provided). The beds were comfortable. When you’re in the living/kitchen space, you will hear street noise as there is a bar with music located on the street level, however, the bedrooms were quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a very good experience for our first time in Asheville. The condo was clean and roomy. The location was amazing all except that there is a bar next to the spa directly below, where people were hanging outside at night. Overall though, the windows are pretty good so it wasn’t too loud from inside the condo. Communication was great with the owner, and check in/out was perfect. Would definitely recommend!
