Features two bedrooms, each w/private bath & 1 King, 1 Queen bed + queen sleeper sofa. Perfectly located on Biltmore Ave, close to shopping, dining, breweries, galleries, live music & more. Short drive to Biltmore Estate & other attractions. Check out local recommendations & favorite restaurants. 1 parking spot in onsite garage, fits vehicle no larger than a Tahoe. The pet fee for this pet-friendly unit is $75 plus tax and must be paid before arrival.

Great location and lovely property. The gps will take you to the wrong garage so you will need to go around back to the other garage. This glitch cost me 84 the first night because the answering service told me to go park in a public lot instead of just telling me to go around back to the other garage.

Everything was fine but the m aster bedroom and balcony overlook a very busy street so a lot of street noise.Never did get the tv work on spectrum.Let us now if you have any units that face onto Lexington street which is much quieter

this is a beautiful condo with views of the mountains and a very pretty outdoor deck, where i loved having coffee and drinks. here’s the downside, there is an after hours club next door that opened at 11pm and closed around 3am. The patrons partied inside and outside this club and there was loud music. the owner called regarding a noise ordinance but it did not help. My husband and i had to sleep in the guest bed which was actually too small for us so we slept separately and he took one for the team with the noise and moved to the primary bedroom one night. This noise continued every night and all weekend. There is nothing an owner could do about this and even gave us a number to call to complain when the noise began. We go to be early, so if you do too, then i don’t think calling at midnight and complaining about noise is going to give a vacationer peaceful sleep.
but i thought vacationers should know in advance that this club will ruin your restful nights sleep. btw, im originally a manhattenite, and used to loud noises
