Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu erreichen und trotzdem war es ruhig, sodass man gut schlafen konnte

Es hätte sauberer sein können, das Appartement benötigt eine Grundreinigung. In der Küche gab es nur 2 Gabeln, hier müsste nachbestückt werden. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen. Im Bad gab es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken für Handtücher.

We enjoyed the location and it was pretty quiet at night time, even being a couple of streets back from the beach.

Not the owner's fault, but all the buildings in Brighton are very old and the same concrete colour, masonic cream. They are also dirty and need jet washing! Due care should be taken for the outside of individual properties and next door properties were very grubby, but could have been tarted up with a bit of a sweep and a clean jet wash on the walls. A view of a dirty small deck chair didn't complement the view! Probably up to the Council to clean up all the buildings in central Brighton, as the Arches along the beach are so dirty and decrepid, that they are being pulled down next year for 18 months for a full clean up.

We really liked the location of the accommodation – it was central, convenient, and exactly what we had hoped for.

However, we were surprised and unfortunately disappointed by the cleanliness and the overall condition of the apartment. It looks much nicer and more spacious in the photos than it does in reality. The rooms are very small; in the smaller bedroom there is a strange wooden cabinet hiding the heating system, which makes loud noises. The windows were very dirty – although it hardly mattered, as the view from the bedrooms faced an unattractive backyard. The toilet was clean, but the shower and the edges of the shower wall were dirty and partly moldy. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the entire apartment, a mix of mold and kitchen exhaust. Overall, the price-performance ratio was not right. A real shame, because the Apartment has a lot of potential.
