The location, communication with the host and their support. The accommodation was perfect for our family. A good price, modern spacious and comfortable.
A family member felt that a couple of plumper firmer pillows would have helped them sleep.
Pillows are very soft. This was a minor comment only as they loved the place.

Very homely. Provisions were plentiful. Great location. Good responsive communication with owners. Bedding was good quality and comfortable and everything was clean.
Front door mat was shabby and needs to be replaced. Not a good welcoming when you first arrive. Furniture was loose and dangerous. My daughter sat on a chair and it collapsed on her. The hot water system is dangerous, the water is scolding and very dangerous for kids in the bath. Needs to be tempered with a valve to control the heat.
