Great location and facilities. Was greeted by someone who showed me how to access the property.

Airconditioning was mouldy, could not use because of smell. It needs a good service as filter was also full of dust. Floor was full of sand and dishes were dirty so had to do some housekeeping first up before settling in. Outside verandah also needed a good sweep and cobwebs on all windows outside. Again a little bit more housekeeping would have gone a long way. No clocks or clock radio, would have been a nice addition. Was not very happy with the door lock code, any past guests could have gone in. Would prefer door lock keys instead of the modern pin code door locks.

Location was great, cleanliness was faultless

-The couch, the mattress, the pillows were so uncomfortable. -There was no WiFi so no Netflix. -3pm check in is too late, 10am check out is a bit early -$406 for one night is too expensive
