Easy to access location and spacious room.

It could have been an amazing experience except IT'S NOT. It all started when we were advised that the unit that we had paid for was unavailable during our booked dates. Keep in mind that they ONLY advised us that the room wasn't available when we messaged their FB page. They could have informed us the moment we booked and paid for the room. The host advised that we would be transferred to a different unit and that we will need to pay an additional PHP 400 when in fact it wasn't even our fault in the first place. However, we still agreed to pay the additional fee despite our concerns since we had no other choice and our trip was only 6 days away. The new unit given to us was DIRTY, smells FUNNY, the WIFI was SLOW, the sheets were obviously weren't newly changed when it was turned over to us, and on top of it all, the caretaker had an attitude. The caretaker made unnecessary and uncalled-for remarks regarding our late check-in. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE THAT WE'VE BEEN TO THAT MADE AN ISSUE REGARDING THE GUEST'S LATE CHECK-IN. We can understand if it is a late check-out but check-in? I think that is more of a loss from us than a loss from the property. She even tried to pin a sloppy sofa on us and asked us to pay for it. We weren't new to this kind of setup and we definitely know our responsibilities as guests. We did our part but this is what we got. So if you don't want unnecessary stress during your escapade, then don't book here.
