Excellent service, perfect for a long haul traveller arriving and being picked up by the team and taken to the hotel. Large clean rooms with everything you need.

The rooms are very modern, themed, even the keys have a little theme to them. Also looks very clean, well maintained. Shuttle was very well organized, and the advice for the timings was perfect by staff. Shuttle included is a huge reason to stay here.
The rooms are just superb, wifi was great, easy to find.
The shower didn't heat water too well. It was my fourth hotel in Costa Rica so I think I know the system fairly well? I only stayed for 1 night so didn't raise it, honestly something that could be fixed very easily so more of a nitpick. Location is a little out to what Booking.com has it listed, though the Hotel make this very transparent.

Nice room, very nice host at the desk
The property shows right near the airport (400M), it is actually 13km away, not anywhere near the airport. Also, I booked and got confirmation from Booking for about 35,000 CRC, after taxes and fees. Upon arrival I was charged 45,000 CRC at the reception desk.
Had I known the location was wrong and the price was 20% higher than Booking cofirmed I would have stayed somewhere else. Price and location are very important when picking a place to stay and both were wrong.
