The apartment its self was beautiful and well equip. View was stunning, plenty of facility within the area.

A couple of damaged areas which could easily be fixed. Downstairs shower didn’t fully close so the water went everywhere and no water scraper was in the apartment to deal with it. Cigarette burn on the sofa, lamp taped together. One young security staff with glasses was incredibly rude and confrontational over a mistake made by him or one his team when we first arrived at Shams. When I asked to speak to his manager he told me no and continued to argue with me in-front of my child and elderly parents. To which my daughter got quite scared. This really put a bad feel on the whole experience to be honest as he then refused to activate the door and facility cards so we spent two days asking for doors to be opened.
