WE had a great Vacation while staying at Tropic Winds 2303. The condo was well equipped with everything you needed for a good stay. Beds were comfortable to sleep in, good TV's in all the rooms, kitchen had everything you needed dinning area was nice,living room area was good. Overall a nice place for a vacation.

My husband and I decided on a last minute three night beach trip. The company we normally rent from had no vacancies. I did a little research and found Greta’s that had several open units in Tropic Winds. We chose 2303 and booked. We love the west end of PCB. The condo was beautiful. It was very clean which is the number one item of importance. Greta’s was easy to communicate with. It was overall a great stay! I would recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and great view of the ocean! The kitchen had everything we needed for our home cooked meals. We enjoyed the provided beach chairs and large balcony! Riley was very helpful on the parking and great about calling to let us know the the condo was ready before we got there. We are definitely returning and highly recommend Greta’s Beach Rentals! Very friendly and easy to work with!

We have stayed in many different rooms in Tropic Winds and 2303 is by far the best of all. Very very clean, all furniture is like new, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need plus some. The view is incredible. I would recommend this condo to anyone, its just like the pictures show.

We stayed at Tropic Winds, 2303, and had the best vacation! Our condo was clean, inviting and we had the best view being on the top floor. We had no problems with our condo and everything was perfect! The parking spot we had was also easy to get into and we had no issues our entire stay. Gretas Beach rental company was wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. They also had great customer service. We would book through Gretas again!

Beautiful condo! The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Our only minor complaint was a small amount of mildew around the edge of one of the tubs, which we took care of ourselves with some bleach cleaner that was provided. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

We really liked the location of the condo. Stores are not far away and nice quiet place. Just go down the elevator and you are on the beach! I liked the washer and dryer in this unit. The communication with Carol is great!

Dirty condo,food on dining room rug,floors under all furniture was really dirty and wrappers, no dusting was done Tv's and tv stands,bookshelves dirty. Shower liner orange and moldy in second bathroom

The views from the balcony were awesome. Saw so much marine life! Loved the beach chair service. The condo felt a little dated. And the carpet was crunchy/dirty in the bedrooms. Cleaners left coffee pot dirty and a full dishwasher for us to unload.
Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

The owner was punctual in responding to inquiries, very informative & helpful with directions to condo, check in process, suggestions regarding things to do in PC. It was nice having a door code & not have to worry about going out & about with a door key. Everything was clean & comfy. I would stay here again.

Pros:
-Condo amenities were nice
-Beautiful view from 23 stories high, you can see the sharks in the water!
-Having the restaurants the recommend is helpful
-Good location on the beach
-Beautiful sand and water
Cons:
-I'd give 2.5 stars for cleanliness
-Carpets were cleaned the day we were arriving and were wet the entire next day as well. Very unsafe for our toddler.

The views and location of this condo cannot be matched. We loved being in a more quiet, residential area of town. The condo was clean, spacious, well stocked and updated. Carol was wonderful, she provided us with so much information on things to do and communication was great. We cannot wait to come back!

Amazing vacation! Condo was beautiful and stocked with everything you need and more! Breathtaking views from the balcony. Beach was quiet despite it being spring break. Everyone we encountered at the condo were friendly ( and helpful when needed). Highy, highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for that perfect beach get away!! I definitely plan on returning.

Top floor with beautiful view. Close to the pier. What a perfect place to recharge. Everything you need to make your trip as easy as possible was there. Will NOT be disappointed

Carol was amazing to rent from, emailed back immediately when I had questions. Lovely condo directly on the beach with amazing views and hands down the best balcony on the beach!!! Spent sooo much time on the balcony, ate every meal out there and watched the sun set from there every night. Will definitely be back to rent again!!

The view from the top floor is amazing. The condo was just as pictured and was very comfortable. It wasn't extremely busy and it was peaceful and quiet. Will stay here again on future trips

Top floor...great view...great location..very well kept. You can tell the property owners are very proud of their Condo and I am very glad they let others enjoy it. The beach was not crowded and the building was very well maintained. We will stay here again for sure
