This condo includes a free beach setup each day of your stay (seasonally March 1 to October 31)! This includes two chaise loungers and one umbrella. Enjoy the beach in comfort without having to carry chairs back and forth to the beach!
This unique and beautifully decorated, tiled, beach-front, coastal cottage condo is fully upgraded and ready for your arrival!
The interior features upscale, comfortable, and ample furnishings throughout. From the living area to the oversized balcony, you'll have room for every one. The outdoor balcony is another living area in itself and includes a conversational set and two chaise lounge chairs. Our guests spend as much time on the balcony as they do indoors enjoying the coastal saltwater air, listening to the waves breaking on the beach, and viewing magnificent sunsets.
A large kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, beautiful, thick, custom granite counter tops and white cabinets. The beautiful granite and backsplash will make you feel like you are living and cooking in luxury! The dining table and breakfast bar provide seating for everyone.
An open concept floor plan allows an effortless flow from the dining area to the living room; all while maintaining a mesmerizing view of the beautiful emerald coast water! The living room features comfy sectional that you can sink into while watching tv, napping, or simply enjoying the gulf views.
The gulf-front, master bedroom, adjoins the balcony and includes a private bath. A queen bed awaits you along with beautiful furnishings and plenty of, easily accessible, closet space for your clothes. The tiled master bath includes a combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom includes two double beds and private access to the guest bathroom. A separate, conveniently located, laundry room includes stacked washer/dryer.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle pass costs $40.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

It was a great location to the water. It was a little bit of a drive to get to the main area of PCB but not terrible. The garage isn't great. It's tight and very challenging to turn around the curves. You need a smaller size car. I never would have been able to park our truck in there so I'm happy I drove the car. The room itself was nice. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed and then some. There were a few minor issues that needed repaired but nothing that we couldn't work around or needed immediate attention. This particular condo was one of the few that had fans on the balcony. LOVED this area and spent a lot of time out there. We also used the kitchen a lot. There were plenty of dishes and pans that I was able to use for most of our meals. I did end up needing to buy my own dish detergent as I went through theirs quite fast. They only allowed two free chairs on the beach. The third one would have been extra. We rented a pontoon boat from a vender on the other side of PCB and had the best time on the water. I would return and rent from here again.

We had a great day. Everything was centrally located made it easy to not have to drive anywhere. We had a great time and look forward to another trip here again.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The positives: Condo had everything that was “needed”. A few towels in each bathroom, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a hodge podge of pans for cooking. It was right on the water, and the balcony was huge which was beautiful. The negatives: didn’t have a tv in the secondary bedroom - had to call the maintenance guy and have one put in for guests. All the TVs were small. There was no chair service with the condo and a lot in the building came with it - it’s an extra $50 a day to have chair service. I’ve stayed in other condos in the building and they were amazing - the owners really went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable. That was not the case here. The customer service by the office staff - Riley and Jennifer was top notch. They made up for the owners lack of attention to details when it came to guest comfort. I’ll stay in this building again, but not in this condo.
