The owner came for the weekend with two friends. There was no communication with us prior to her showing up. If the property shares a pool with the duplex and it’s a small common space, a text to fair warn us would have been kind. We were paying guests and their music was not suitable for our taste. Therefore we did not use the pool or the backyard for the remainder of our stay.

Helen, as host, communicated well and accommodated an early check in. The house is newly renovated and was immaculate. The weather did not allow for pool use, but coffee on the lanai, with the beautiful canal view, was wonderful. Would recommend this property.

Was wonderful to have a pool at our disposal. Everything was as described. Helen was very easy to communicate with when we had some requests.

Check In process was easy with clear communication from host. Great location and house was well maintained and met all our needs. Would stay at home again for future trips. Very happy with whole experience!
