Fantastic location. The host provided plenty of help prior to arrival. The Host met us at the dock and took us straight to the apartment and checked us in very easily. She also provided information on how to get from the airport to the dock providing a water taxi contact which we utilized. The location is close to everything. The host was a fantastic source of information on how to get around, restaurants, and any other information we needed.

This place is very good. Alberta is AWESOME! She picked us up and also dropped us at the water bus station. The place has everything we could have potentially asked. Subash was very helpful. If we are back we will stay here again.

This is a beautiful apartment with fabulous terrazzo floor and painted ceiling ... a piece of old Venice. Alberta is an incredibly kind host who gave us great suggestions on where to shop away from all the typical tourist spots. She helped us make arrangements for a boat taxi to bring us to the apartment, helped us with our luggage....the perfect host! The only downside (and this is completely out of her control) was the noise as Venice was incredibly crowded even at the end of September and we like to leave the windows open at night. But with the windows closed it was fine. We would definitely return .... just maybe at a different time of year.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. Alberta is a hospitable owner and very communicative. Would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Venice.
