The only thing I can say nice about the hotel is it was clean.. The service was terrible when trying to check into our room, Nobody at the front desk we were had to wait 10-15 minutes to get service. After checking in, we went down and asked asked Olivia at the front desk, for towels. Gave her a tip for advanced service. Come back to our room, no towels. The room was small. The bathroom was large, which was nice, but Service was horrible. That night when we got back to our room the guy at the front desk got us towels. He was very accommodating. would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Clean simple room, room is small, water pressure pathetic at best. Bed was comfortable and breakfast buffet was not bad.

Stay was good I would say the only complaint would be that the downstairs desk person miss took me for one of his employees homosexual lover, which was a very awkward conversation. I had to explain to him. I did not know what he was talking about and once he finally realized that I was a customer and not the new persons lover, it was a very awkward but satisfying moment to be able to walk away from that situation. Overall, I was trying to explain that I had stayed a few weeks prior and I had left my apple I watch. I am not sure why the conversation went straight to that type of situation, but it was very uncomfortable and I would say it was somewhat very unprofessional to even not make sure that I was, a personal friend of that guy versus an actual paying customer

When I checked in and went to my room it had my daughters name on the tv screen is when I realized we were checked into the wrong room I called front desk and was told we could stay in the room since it was the same type but I wouldn’t be charged for both since we had different rates. When checking out in the morning both rooms were charged to my card which we luckily caught and was refunded. From the beginning i should have been checked in correctly since I have to present my drivers license and credit card that should be enough for verifying the customer. This was stressful and upsetting after coming to check in in the evening tired I didn’t want this stress. I feel I should be compensated for this inconvenience

Very nice place to stay very clean. People are really friendly. Went for a baseball tournament. Turned out better than I thought.

We use this hotel for guests visiting. So far everything has been very good.

The young man at the desk was new. He struggled with the check in process. He took a while to figure it all out. Then he needed help from his trainer. I was not in a hurry so it was no problem. As long as the extra charge comes off my card it’s all good

This hotel sits immediate next to a heavily used freeway. The walls are thin as are the windows. We were unable to sleep. Roaring trucks and cars all night long. We will never be back.

This hotel was nice and clean but what was disappointing they do not keep coffee makers in the room. U have to go down stairs to get a cup of coffee. So it was a little inconvenient for us.

Although this is a No Smoking facility, I do have to admit with all honesty that this hotel is about the best hotel I've been a guest at. The staff were just incredibly helpful and inviting, everything was so clean and organized, and even the fellow visitors were awesome. My entire experience with Candlewood Suites was amazing, and totally worth every penny.

Tru by Hilton was conveniently located, clean and fresh, great parking, and quiet. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast buffet was well tended…actually quite tasty (those quick self serve buffets are usually a big disappointment). From check-in to check-out..an excellent stay!

A very nice woman checked us in. The room was very efficient with multiple plugs for electronics. Loved the two shades which allowed for light to come in or total darkness. No pull together drapes.

Was pleasantly surprised with Tru. We've stayed at the Best Western nearby which is okay but nowhere near as modern and clean as this hotel. It's simple without a lot of frills but the breakfast is a nice addition and the fitness center is pretty good. Will definitely stay here again when we come to visit family nearby.
