This is a brand new property that was in a central location for our baseball tournament. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It was a great bonus to have a full-sized fridge to use for our time there. There were some things I didn't realize before going on that I think are important to note that impacted our stay and might impact others. As we have never stayed at this brand of properties before, we thought that getting an extended stay room with a kitchenette would be great. What we did not know going in is that you have to bring all of the things you need to take advantage of the kitchenette. There were no pots, pans, utensils, towels, sponges, soap, bowls, plates, or a coffee machine, as many other extended stay properties have in their rooms. These items are available for purchase, or you can bring your own. Had I looked into this brand, I could have found that information out, but it was not something that I realized until we got there, because all previous extended stays we have stayed at came with those items. They also didn't have a hair dryer or an iron/ironing board in the rooms. The rate was cheap compared to the standard hotel rooms some of our team stayed at, and the location was great. I'd stay there again, knowing what we know now, and just bring our camping cookware bin with us. Luckily, I had a hairdryer in the car, and we ate out with the team most of the time, so it didn't create much hardship for us.

It is definitely a high-quality hotel: the hallways and the room smell clean, the neighborhood is pleasant with little to no noise, and the manager is a true professional. Please keep it up!
