Simple stylish decor, very comfy beds, very convenient for enjoying the town, and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. The bar downstairs was a great place to chill before bed.
The only comment I have is that the walls between the two apartments are very thin. We were unlucky to have guests who were chatting until very late and woke up very early and one of them had a very loud voice, so that was unfortunate. However the danger of noise is clearly stated in the booking information, so not on the owner and if you’re lucky the neighbours will be quiet 🤞🏻. Just thought I’d comment for those who like silence. We plan to return and rent both rooms to solve this issue!

Brilliant location, beautiful rooms to relax in, super comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities were fantastic. The owner recommended several things for me to do, all of which were excellent and I’m very grateful for his advice. The bar which is open in the evenings was a great way to meet other people and enjoy a cocktail (some great cocktails on the menu).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in malerischem Küstenort. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stylisch. Wer Architektur mag, freut sich. Bar ist toll mit cooler Musik. Sehr netter Barmann. Wir waren begeistert vom Ort und dem Silberminendorf.

Wonderful charming little Ryokan, wonderfully located in the centre close to the Onsen. The Bar was just perfect for tasting rare Japanese Whiskey and listening to good Jazz music! I had a perfect stay and enjoyed every minute!
