Absolutely stunning property that was restored almost single handedly by the host. The pool was wonderful and a great place to chill out. There aren't many eating options nearby but the guest kitchen is very well equipped for self catering, or you can drive to nearby Joigny for more options. We hired the e-bikes (which were great) and cycled to a nearby winery for a tasting - the wines were excellent and great value. The host was very friendly and accommodating.
Not the highest quality sheets / pillows - I stay in hotels a lot for work and high quality bedding really improves the guest experience.
Some protein options at breakfast would be appreciated (cheese, cold meats, eggs)

Everything only had one night stay but it is so nice it should have been more . Our host was very friendly and helpful. This is by far the best property we have ever stayed in and will be back for longer in the future
