We stayed here while celebrating our daughter’s university graduation and the home worked very well for our family. We used both levels of the property and the accommodations were perfect for the amount of people traveling with us.During our stay, we noticed the downstairs dishwasher was not working. I informed the host right away and sent photos so he could see the condition we found it in. He was responsive and offered to send someone to repair or replace it, but since we were only there a short time, we let him know we were fine washing dishes by hand instead. There was also a package delivered to the property during our stay, which we brought inside for safekeeping. After our departure, the host later messaged asking if toilet paper had been delivered. I did not see the message until much later, but I replied to let him know we had left everything inside the home. Hopefully it was found, as our entire family traveled by plane and we certainly would not have taken toilet paper in our carry-ons.Overall, the home fit our needs well for our graduation trip and the host was communicative during our stay.

We had a great stay. There were 10 of us total, ranging from 1-60. There was plenty of space for us to hang out together or go off on our own. The host was responsive when we could not get the code to work on the upstairs unit and that was the only major problem we had. Would absolutely stay again, especially when it’s warmer out since there is a deck and a spacious back yard.

The location was minutes to most of the main activities we had planned such as Casinos and Boulevard Brewery. We had lunch in the Crossroads and a dinner on the Plaza. All of this was less than 10 minutes from the house. The two separate apartments were great allowing areas congregate and another to be quieter and allow guests to rest without intrusion.

Nice space, a nice 100 year old home but had some good renovations to keep everything easy to use. We had both the upstairs and the downstairs units. 8 guys for a sports trip this place has everything you need, including a big driveway if you are bringing things for tailgating. Great location that was easy for transportation to and from everywhere. If I ever come back I would definitely consider staying there again.
