It was beautiful and peaceful. Water pressure and water temperature were excellent while having a shower We were welcome by the staff on arrival. They also recommended someone to take us to Hanoi airport!!
Be aware that their bungalows tend to attract cockroaches :(

Such a beautiful and relaxing resort with incredible mountain views and gorgeous scenery. We actually saw mountain goats climbing that were amazing to see! The staff were so very helpful and so easy to book any tours through, which i highly recommend!
Buffet breakfast was great and having the restaurant on site was so handy to have! You really don't want to go anywhere because it had everything you needed!
Can't recommend this place enough, we can't wait to go back!
Only thing is, because of the area, there will be mosquitoes around, so spray yourself well.

This property is magical. It was where we got to slow down and relax a little. The staff were so accommodating. We enjoyed the cocktails, food and massages and nothing was over priced. You can really treat yourself here.
The only issue was the pillows were so big and no blankets, only sheets.

Extremely beautiful (same as the pictures), lovely staff, excellent food, comfortable rooms. Not much to be said, we loved our stay :)
The smell of our room, smelled like humidity. There are not a lot of windows that open so there is not much air renewal going on. But that is the only thing that would need improvement, the rest was phenomenal!
