The size and facilities in the room were pretty good. I liked having a washing machine and the lockable outside gate.

We didn’t receive sheets for the child’s bed initially, and had to ask for them. There were no extra towels. There were details like where to take full rubbish bags which were missing. Design of the bathroom was lacking - the shower spray wets the whole bathroom - no shower door.
