I think my rating is mainly on the basis that the facilities offered on the building and in this case, the infinity swimming pool which was awesome. Check in was a bit hectic, I guess the guards gets all these requests of people staying in the apartment for their breaks (hosted by the owners) and these guards wasn't very accommodative. However once we got it, after parking at private car park, we found the place was spacious, there was 2 bathrooms which was convinient for a family of four like ours and basic needs were available. The rooms were equipped with aircon which is quite essential in Penang. From our room, the view of Penang was amazing at night. The host was friendly too - kept checking on us and had given us recommendations on places to visit. As we merely used the place only to sleep, there is little I can contribute in that expect. Penang is a very busy place, so we ended up taking Grab from the accommodation to places we want to go. My favourite part is that they have ZUS Cafe next to the hotel, which was very handy for me. The pool was brilliant - the kids loved swimming in the pool and taking selfies with the view.

The property is very specious, clean and has a great view.

Locatie is perfect, rustig gedeelte van de stad maar toch vlakbij alle main sights. Fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de 26ste verdieping en een heerlijk relaxed zwembad op het dak. Elke kamer heeft eigen airco en plafondventilator. Snelle wifi en hele duidelijk zelf-check-inn instructies. Helemaal top!
