性价比和地理位置

入住指导做得很差，即便房东给了指导文件，但是还是需要客人自己去推理才能找到进去的方法。以及房东回消息不是很及时，退押金时间周期过长。

The location is definitely a plus. Beach loungers, beach umbrella and iron. But that's it.

Lack of cleanliness. Curtains black with dust. Dirt and dust line the floor in every corner. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Damage to the walls and mold in the bathroom shower. This place needs renovation. The lock on the main door kept getting stuck. There were no good windows or good lights, so the apartment was constantly dark. Asking for a 500 euro deposit in this case is pretty ridiculous but there was no problem with return it :) Key collection and return only during Carrefour opening hours.
