The property is in a great location, and the staff are very friendly—they answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. You have everything you need there, and it is very clean. The sauna is a plus for those interested.
The sofa bed isn't very comfortable, and the noise from outside woke me up every night (loud music can be heard around 4 or 5 in the morning).

Cela répondait à nos attentes, très bien situé !
Un peu bruyant et il faudrait des stores plutôt que les rideaux occultants.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht: Staubsauger, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine etc.
Die Küchenzelle ist KOMPLETT ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Geschirr: alles fürs Kochen, Braten & Backen.
Dusche ist sehr groß und bequem. Im Badezimmer gibt's Sauna!!!
Die Lage ist top! Alles in der Nähe: Strand, Straßenbahn, Station Nice Ville - 15 min zu Fuß.
Leider waren Ameisen im Badezimmer.
