Proximity to. Invention center, neighborhood seemed very pleasant, felt safe
Very difficult to find the apartment. The bed was ok but I would have been delighted with better pillows on the bed. There was coffee creamer but no coffee filters or coffee, I would have LOVED to have found some coffee.

Everything, thank you. If you ever need the floors re sealed?
Let me know. 30 years in color seal and concrete refurbishing. I have a border idea that would look beautiful with your existing floor.
A few cars to many that don't move.

Easy Parking right near front door.
Bathroom is a bit small.

It was pet friendly. It was convenient for us. The layout and decor was lovely. The hot water was instantaneous.
The unit is a converted garage and under a residence. Any movement by the upstairs tenant resulted in loud squeaks over head. It was especially intense over the sleeping area. The only heat in the unit is an antiquated gas wall mounted heater. We could not get it started - but luckily had a portable space heater in our van that we could use instead. The noise began at 5 am every morning. Also the access to the unit was precarious - requiring going down a path to a set of uneven steps between buildings. The keypad entry could have been better explained… as in ‘turn the knob as soon as the beep is heard’. The doorknob also was very loose and felt insecure.
