Large home with plenty of space. Excellent location. Very clean with comfortable beds. Ducted heating. Exceptional communication. Smooth and easy check in and check out.

Location, nice view, garden
Kitchen utensils / crockery inadequate for group bookings staying long term. Plates too tall for the dishwasher. Dishwasher does not work well.
Upstairs shutters don’t shut properly.
Only 1 set of bedding, not able to change for long term stay. Lots of towels provided. Perhaps dirty towels can be collected on a weekly basis to avoid pile up.
Might be more functional with single beds which can be split rather than king size beds but this would also require suitable bedding.
Need someone to actually live in the property for a fortnight to work out what works & what doesnt.
