We’ve traveled from Essex for a event and this property was perfect for our needs. Spacious rooms with plenty beds. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need even though we didn’t use it. Host was great as well. I definitely recommend for big families or contractors travelling for work. Will definitely book again when we come to Derby .

Lots of space, clean and great location. Great price
Nothing wrong for the price

Good place to stay for the night or two for a large family group.
Not much lounge space or quite enough chairs for 8 or 9 people ad think dining chairs need tightening up
Bit confusing that it says permit parking but neighbours said its free parking.
Door handle on front ground floor bedroom was broken when we arrived
