Nicely updated beach house with great access to the ocean and surfing, cinnamon rolls just down the street. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was great, but the kitchen is older. We didn't cook, so it was no problem though. Great wifi access and a TV in every room. The garage parking was a real plus.

Everything perfect. Just delightful. Comfy beds and sheets. Adorable layout. Traffic noise front bedroom but that did not bother us a bit. We are definitely coming back!

This is the second time that me and my husband and dogs have stayed at this cute little house in Pismo Beach. I love the location and the house is the perfect size for us. The place has everything you could need. Dishes,pots,pans,washer,dryer ect. Close to the beach and the center of town. Absolutely my new favorite place to stay. We will be staying here again I'm sure.

This rental was perfect for our family of four and our dog. The yard was fenced so it was safe to let our dog out on her own; we would just leave the door ajar since there is no dog door. You can see the ocean from the front windows. It was a short walk to the beach, just had to walk one block west and then a few blocks south to access the stairway to the beach. The house is on the corner of a busy street, so there is significant road noise during the day. The rental was clean and it was nice to be able to park our car in a garage. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This was our third year renting from Coastal Vacation Rentals and we are pleased with them. Our condo was in a great location (1 block to the beach, 4 blocks from downtown Pismo Beach). We very much enjoyed our stay and have already reserved a condo for next year.

We stayed here almost 2 months due to work being done in our house. Awesome location and very comfortable. Has everything you need, walk to everything in Pismo. Parking is great, a big plus for this area, garage and spot. Nice small yard for the dogs. Traffic noise is a factor, but all the other positives mitigate it. Loved staying there, highly recommend. Staff at Coastal are fantastic.

I was very happy with this rental!! Everything went very smoothly. The place is very clean and actually nicer than the pictures. They have newer TV’s - not the old ones shown in pic’s. Also new quilts on beds that are prettier than those in pic. It was great to have a garage too! It’s on a busy street but it quiets down pretty early.

Peek-a-Boo Ocean View! Home away from home! So comfy and cozy! Furnished with basically everything we needed in a vacation rental.A garage parking space driveway and a separate driveway parking space = two off street parking spots.

It provides everythink that we need. Very clean and organized a great family vaction spot. It has been the perfect spot for us year after year. House is in a great location, we felt safe and comfortable. Kitchen stove/pans/etc. left a little to be desired for cooking your own meals, but the house and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We'd come back! Walking distance to the beach was wonderful! Garage was a bit dirty/messy but had beach chairs, kites and bodyboards available to use. Having the garage parking was great when we came home mid-day and the street was full.

This home is in a great location, easy block walk from beach and downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Nice open concept floor plan and appointments, clean, good parking -- had just about everything we needed. Patio was perfect for outside relaxation and dog space. We were very happy with this accommodation, would definitely stay again, and would recommend it to others. Only wish it had handicap bathroom and easier-to-use TV set up.
