Tutto stupendo. La posizione, la camera, la colazione, lo staff....super consigliata se si vuole vivere un soggiorno in tranquillità e visitare Bergamo Alta in totale relax.

The wifi was not paid; it was free and good. The location was very nice, with a beautiful view, but to get there, coming from the east, using Waze or Google Maps, one has to be lucky to avoid a car coming from the opposite direction in some very narrow sections of the road. If you can manipulate those two tools into bringing you from the west instead, that's a better way of accessing it. The property is a bit far from the center, about 20 minutes walk, but they provide a shuttle for free at two times of the day, one to go and one to come back, and at other times, they provide it for a small fee of 5 euros. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The breakfast is very nice too. Our room was big and had a private garden/balcony, with a beautiful view, though not of the city. There are two very nice restaurants nearby, within walking distance, but with opening times that may not fit into schedules.

The mosquitoes in the garden were a bit of a nuisance that prevented the full enjoyment of the available facility. One of the restaurants, quite small, didn't have a table available when we planned to have dinner there!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The room was exceptionally comfortable with private terrace. The staff could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was superb .
