Room was very large with a comfortable bed.
Shower cubicle was large as well with an excellent powerful shower.
Ate breakfast in the restaurant which was tasty and excellent value.
If staying here, I can recommend the village pub.
The whole place seemed very quiet and lacking atmosphere.
Estate has a golf course which was either closed or simply in poor condition.

The hotel was in the perfect position for our stop over
The room was comfortable and clean
We thought it was a little expensive and the room we were given had a view of a fence which was not the loch or mountain view we expected. Had we been staying longer than one night we would have asked for an alternative room.
The room did not provide all the facilties indicated ie coffee machine
One of the reasons for booking this hotel was that it had a pool - we did not use it in the end as it cost extra which is not indicated on Booking.com
