Nice property with room for lots of people. Big bedrooms and a large bathroom. The beds were comfortable. There is a pool and sauna to use for the guests. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything is in walking distance. Nice Mountain Views and very friendly cows right outside the kitchen window. We enjoyed our stay.

Just outside the house you have the most beautiful views that Austria can offer in the spring. Green meadows, waterfalls, majestic mountains with snow on top and in our case sun and blue skies. The space felt much like home with toys for kids to play with and plenty of space inside and outside. The owner was open and friendly and offered good tips for sightseeing in the Abtenau area.

As a couple with two (nearly) adult sons, we rented the whole appartement consisting of a master bedroom (incl shower and tiny "cupboard kitchen") and the "real" appartement with two bedrooms, one bathroom (shower in bath), washing machine, dryer, living room and open kitchen and a terrace/lawn.
Supermarkets are very close by, daily fresh bread from a bakery is a 10 min walk (Bäckerei Hauser recommended).
The swimming pool, gym and sauna are available for private use from 11:00 to 20:00, except Fridays (because of the cleaning). Before 11:00 the owners enjoy the facilities themselves.

Great location, comfortable and clean flat, super kitchen and, of course, the pool made this a wonderful place to spend a week's holiday. Would recommend to anyone and will hopefully be back soon
