This is an extremely bare bones place. Closets with no or few hangers. We had to hang our coats on chairs or the banister. No soap for shower. No bedside lamps. Not a stitch of wall hangings. No pillows on couches. It could be made to feel more inviting with a few of these items. What they did provide was in plenty though and we were thankful for that. Tons of toilet paper and towels. Plenty of coffee supplies. Extra blankets. Many doors and drawers are broken. Some drawers in kitchen were very dirty. The house is located beside a busy road so is fairly noisy at night due to the a/c unit being in the window. We put some of the extra towels around it to muffle the sound and that helped. I might suggest to the owners that they should think about adding some insulation around the units to help soundproof it a bit. The bed was quite comfortable so we were thankful for that. Overall it’s not a bad place to stay. It’s just kind of blah and needs a bit of tlc.

The property was clean, roomy and in a convenient location for our purpose. The floors were cold. The fireplace didn't work. It worried me as I tried to turn it on and could smell the gas, pilot wouldn't light and I had a hard time turning it off. When I communicated this to the host I was told it was being repaired and they were waiting for a part. We should have been told this. The TV in the master bedroom has no remote and is not connected to cable service so it wasn't used. We brought food that needed to go into the oven but there were no oven proof bake ware, only cookie sheets. I couldn't hang my cloths as the rod in the closet was close to 7' and there was no stool (I'm 5' and my 85 yr old mother is shrinking and now 4'7'') Also, it would have been nice to have better cutlery and cookware (non stick). A few extra garbage bags and paper towels would have helped. Some instruction on TV, micro wave, oven use would be a nice touch also. It was frustrating having to figure things out. Had to stand on the bed to reach the string that turned the fan off or on, not fun. The closet door in the kitchen wasn't installed properly and wasn't on the track.

The wifi is horrible so the tv didn’t work and I had to use my phone data. Fireplace didn’t work.

Was very clean. Basic but Spacious for 4 people. No info on wifi pass word or tv. New appliances. Would stay again.

Would recommend Need some outdoor patio furniture and some side table lamps in bedrooms

...before flying from Abbotsford. The house provided more than enough room for the whole family. The environment is rather quiet. All in all, we enjoyed a short but comfortable stay

Got what advertised, and not much more. Nice place with a good amount of space. Not much else. Just enough laundry detergent, dishes, etc, but nothing extra. Just the basics and minimal amount of things. Bring your own shampoo, coffee, etc. Cable didn't work the whole time we were there, but thankfully Netflix and wifi worked. Not much communication leading into or out, and was mostly me contacting to find out (what the check-in and check-out procedures were, asking for updates on the cable TV, etc). Window mounted AC, which was needed with how crazy hot things were in Abbotsford the days we were there! Easy cleanup for departure, which was a huge bonus though! Check-in and check-out were very simple. Just very basic, no frills.

I liked the property. It was very comfortable. However, there was no information regarding availability of wifi - I looked everywhere but I was unable to find anything with regard to a password. I was without communication for my entire stay. I was unable to connect with the host because we communicated through the internet and without a password, communication was not possible. Also the hot water was very limited - not sufficient to run a hot bath. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. Directions to the accommodation was not clear.
