This made our 14th year at Fripp. Our first time at this property! We loved this house. It easily accommodated our group and we loved the large open space. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of storage space for groceries. We’ve struggled with space to park four cars and golf carts in the past . With this home it was no problem. It was warm upstairs when we first arrived but the property manager was quick to respond and told us how to keep the unit functioning the most efficiently throughout our stay. We had no other problems after that. The six seater provided was a much better cart than the carts we rented. There were more than enough good working beach chairs. The owners thought of everything for making this a great stay. The backyard is private and on the golf course. My boys stopped by for a quick snack when they were golfing. We even took our family photos in the backyard in a great shaded spot. This quickly became one of our favorite homes.

Very clean, kitchen is well stocked with some new pans. 6 seat golf cart was great. Bikes and beach chairs in very good condition. Would return to this property.

Very open and spacious home. Has a sunroom and a back deck. Comes with a golf cart, which was a deal maker for us

Had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner, great tables options for family games.
