Beautiful spacious property, very modern and well taken care of. Everything worked. Located conveniently to everything I wanted to do. 10/10.

Took family & friends for a weekend getaway and this place was amazing. Close to everything amazing views. High end furnishings. Worth every penny spent on this vacation.

We came to New Smyrna for our sons wedding. This house was perfect!!! Plenty of room for the 10 of us. It was clean and in a great location. One minute walk to Flaglerthbeach, 10 minute walk to

This property looks better in pictures than it really is. For the price of this home I expected it to be nicer and cleaner than it was. It was clean enough, but the floors were pretty dirty, the walls in horrible condition, not well equipped with basics. I made sure to wear flip flops at all times in the house. We were in town for a family wedding and had our older relatives and a few young adults staying here. If you're planning on cooking there is NOT enough pots and pans to make a family meal. Luckily we had packed and brought some of our own. The towels in the bathrooms are old and kind of grungy. The roof of the outside patio is half torn off with exposed pipes and wires. The furnishings are tired. There are electric shades in the master bedroom which face the main street. We could not figure out how to use them and a sign showed instructions could be found on the rental website, but we could not find them. We were able to close 2 of them, but I'm thinking the 3rd set are broken because when we looked up, there was a red light flashing and an exposed wire coming out. The ice maker in the kitchen was not working. It was flashing with maintenance lights showing it needed to be cleaned and needed a filter. Additionally the ice maker in the refrigerator had minimal ice. This was disappointing and I feel like this is something that someone should have checked prior to our stay. We had to go purchase ice.Definitely a money grab home not being maintained.
