Cassiopeia Rooms & Suites

After an absolutely awful experience at the hotel we had originally booked, we found these apartments completely last minute — and honestly, they were a little bit of a holiday lifesaver. ❤️ We arrived feeling incredibly stressed and upset after what had happened at our previous accommodation, so finding somewhere that immediately made us feel safe, welcome and comfortable meant more than we can put into words. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. But what really made our stay was the owner. He was genuinely one of the loveliest people we met during our trip. He was so kind, welcoming and understanding, and went out of his way to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. After the experience we had just come from, that kindness honestly meant the world to us. It felt like such a breath of fresh air to walk through the door and finally be treated with warmth and respect. We went from thinking our holiday had been completely ruined to actually being able to relax and enjoy ourselves again. We booked this place last minute and only wish we had booked it from the beginning! Sometimes you end up finding the best places completely by accident, and this was definitely one of those times. 🥹 Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. You genuinely helped turn a really horrible start to our holiday into a much happier ending. We would absolutely recommend these apartments and would happily stay here again if we return to Zante. ❤️ 5 stars genuinely don’t feel like enough!

Absolutely nothing

Everything was perfect to the last detail , extremely clean room , very good staff , the shower is very very clean we will stay there next year

Nothing to say

Very good location, just a street behind the main bar street close to everything short walking distance. It was clean, good room size, comfy bed, good balcony size. The owner was reponsive. Excellent charging options by the bed.

AC had an issue when we arrived (it was not working as clogged) which we had to escalate to have fixed as it was not working. There are no Toiletries in the room just two pcs of basic small soap bar. No iron. The first night we had extremly noisy group of UK girls next to us who partied until 4am in the room, the owner said later we should have reported the noise to security which we were not aware existed. After that the second night was pretty good for sleeping.
