It was comfortable for an extended family of nine travelling together, with four adults and five children. There was also reserved parking. We had an okay stay, but it would have been much better if not for the experiences detailed above...

After I booked the unit, I received an email from Simply Soleil stating that someone would meet us at the property to let us in upon arrival, but no one was around when we got there. The phone number provided on the Gray Aurora's Booking.com page was not a working number, according to the recording I reached when I tried calling it about five times. There was also no answer at the phone number provided on the email, which was supposedly our contact person Judy Ann's number, which I called numerous times while waiting at the gas station (which is a Flying V, by the way, NOT a Petron as the directions on the email told me). After waiting at the Flying V about 30 minutes for someone to show up, I fortunately spotted the Simply Soleil sign on a building across the street. I had to walk over there to search for personnel. The young lady I found at the desk was unaware of our booking even though I was already paid in full. I asked her if Judy Ann were around, and the young lady said she would go find her. She went across a courtyard to a different part of the building, and I heard someone say, "Today?" The young lady re-emerged with a key, and she let us into the unit. After a day of sightseeing, we returned to the unit to shower before our birthday dinner outing, only to discover there was no running water. Only after I contacted Judy Ann at the new number she texted to me to tell her about this problem were we informed that they had apparently been having previous issues with the water pump, and it had to be repaired. After a couple of hours, the water started running off and on, and only two of the kids in our group were able to shower before our dinner outing. The water was finally running consistently when we returned later in the evening, but the shower heater was not functioning, and the water was freezing, as is typical in Baguio.
