The family room is huge, especially loves the big dining table, huge bathroom with two sinks, bih shower room and bathtubs. Nice washer/dryer in bathroom as well.

Service could’ve been better. We are okay with no reception desk and self-check in. But when questions are asked about luggage storage/sending, the hotel isn’t helpful in giving suggestions, just plainly tell you no they can’t do this or that. Customer service could’ve been more helpful and friendly considering the cost we paid for the hotel. We’ve stayed in other cheaper self check-in hotels that are better service wise and helpful.

The rooms were clean. The toilet is separate from bathroom. Check-in was a breeze.I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Washing machine is a plus!

The size of the room is not that big. But I guess it is already generous in Japan.

The location was the most attractive for us to book this hotel. Near Ueno Park, JR & Metro station & Skyline express to Narita airport all working distance 10 to 15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shops. The building outside & inside look fine. If you have a large family or with kids, this would be good for you because they put a lot of bund bed there. Everyone will get a bed. The cost will be good for more people. For two people, I won't book again. Because the bund bed takes up room and the twin bed are small. The room has an electric cooktop, micowave, washer & dryer combo, a small fridge, and an electric kettle. For a long stay, may be good for famliy. For the two of us, we stayed 5 nights, and we don't use any of the appliances. No one does any cleaning and charge towels. We also read the manual said, "we need to take care of the trash. This is not a hotel.

Beware about check-in this hotel. There's no human. You can not put your luggage there if you go there early because they don't offer this service and there's no one working at the front desk. The machine won't let you check in early. Must check in through a machine at 3 pm. When you call the number for help, there is no one answer. They don't reply to your email quickly for at least 2 to 3 days. Or they just don't reply. We stayed 5 nights only to get two sets of towels. Do our trash that's not a hotel. No housekeeping service. Check-in late at 3 pm, check out at 10 am.

Handy location to Ueno station. Quiet room and comfortable beds. Well equipped for our two nights stay in a twin bed apartment.

Sensor lights in the kitchen area could not be turned off, meaning lights came on at night if anyone moved around the apartment, eg to the bathroom, which disturbed others.
