Excellent stay in all terms

This place was extremely accessable from where Tanabata Matsuri took place. Also, near enough from Senso-ji and Ueno/Asakusa Station. The staff, Mr. Takabatake and presumably his family was very kindfull, If you can speak a bit of japanese, this place might be the best place to stay while in this area. Also If you are planning to travel in group, i would say this place is the definite pick.

Sofa wasn’t very comfortable for me since I am shorter. Would have been nice to get additional coffee packets daily as we each prefer 2cups of morning coffee.

The property and the rooms were always well-kept. the location is great as it is within a 10 minute walk of Sensou-ji Temple and the nearby subway stations allow you to travel anywhere in Tokyo very quickly. There is an AC in every room which can be used for heating or cooling. There are plates, cups, utensils and a microwave which are free to use. The staff are all kind and helpful.

The room was very clean and was kept clean during our whole stay. The location is amazing, nearest trainstation was a bit less than a 10 minute walk. Easy to get to view places in Asakusa as well and right next to Kappabashi. Very spacious room and very welcome staff. They washed our clothes for a small fee and they were done the same day. Impeccable service.

Asakusa is a fabulous spot in Tokyo we really loved the area. Close to attractions and shops walking distance to two train stations.

Everything in the family suite is well thought and our host has always been helpful, dedicated and professional. Asuka area is not very far with plenty of restaurants, bars... Bed are made up daily as well as towels are changed. The room is very well equipped and functional.

Comfortable, clean and warm. Beds were comfortable, daily change of towels and tea/coffee added as needed. The host was welcoming and helpful, agreed to store our luggage free of charge before check in and after check out so we could keep exploring Tokyo without out baggage. Location was within walking distance to eateries and some sightseeting attractions. The property felf safe and well managed.

Hard to find any cons.

I would highly recommend it. The staff was beyond helpful. Without a doubt the best hotel option we could choose on our trip. The hotel is in a privileged location. close to the train station and unmissable tourist spots, restaurants and mall. The room is very clean and spacious with fridge and microwave. We could not fail to comment on the professionalism of everyone at the hotel (Mr. Hiroyuki and staff) who were always very attentive and solicitous in helping us. Even after I left the hotel and dropped my cell in the skyline train, Mr. Hiroyuki was instrumental in helping me find it and have it ship back to Canada. Certainly the set of qualities of our stay made us love our trip and certainly plan a next one to Japan staying of course in the same hotel!

Location- it was really close to subway, airport shuttle, restaurants and tourists' attractions. The apartment was very clean, it could fit up to 6 people. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Really nice place to stay. Thank you!
