Great stay to recuperate from long flight and be within walking distance of shops/restaurants.

Location is excellent! Walking distance to the Senso-ji. Lots of shops and restaurants.

Room relatively small, but that is normal in Japan.

スタッフさんがとても丁寧でした。

部屋の清掃が若干気になりました。浴槽に髪の毛が落ちていたり、トイレの汚れが気になりました。

Really enjoyed my stay here!

View was amazing and room was big and spacious. Really enjoyed the area and the accessibility to different places. Night view of the Skytree was amazing! Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near Sensoji temple.

Travelling with family specially with young kids, it’s a great choice, anytime you can get back to hotel take a small re

The location, one of the most famous attractions is just next to hotel, fulls of shops, restaurants, a 24h Don-Quijote and in the same building in downstairs there are Uniqlo and sushi-ro.

No specially, only thing is it takes 10 mins walking to metro station, in hot summer in Tokyo with the crowd is not fun, but there are various routes you can choose to avoid the heat :)

Eating, shopping, and transportation are very convenient.

There are only 3 floors have laundry and waiting time pretty longer. Only give 2 bottles of water every day even 4 people room still keep the same rule. Need to spend extra money to purchase bottles of water.

the location Is the best part of the hotel! the Room was bigger than the other hotel's room in Tokyo! and the staff was really nice and helpful! I was happy to be honest me and my family will deftly will come again!

nothing! but maybe if I want to be move pacific about anything maybe the food! not everything there suit me and my kids soo I went out to eat!. But there was a coffee machine you can use for free near the entrance of the breakfast buffet which make my day better ;D

a very comfortable & clean hotel in a super location.

in the heart of Asakusa 2-Chome. Great location for Sensoji, shopping and eating & drinking, if you feel like a great Karaoke it’s just around the corner! 60 seconds to the Tsukuba Express (TX) subway and from there to Akihabara or acres to the great Tokyo subway network. like all Japan hotels it is amazing clean, quiet and comfortable.

if you don’t know the layout, finding how to get in might take 5 or 10 minutes! the hotel provides laundry facilities that you can do your own laundry. The hotel laundry service is possible but like all Japanese laundries they need about 3 or 4 days - don’t expect same day service for your shirts, jeans etc.

Still love this place!

This is our 2nd time stay and the quality did not change from the previous stay at all, we love this place.

The brealfast food choices are limited and not so value for $25 per person, we had the food last time was better than this time. So do not waste $ to pay for breakfast here.

Superb

The hotel is great and in a great, central location for East Tokyo. The breakfast is phantastic and the views are brilliant.

Some rooms are to much filled up with beds, so there is not much space to move or even unpack luggage.
