Location was great, right next to everything in Asakusa. The beds were comfortable and the room we had was large. It was pleasant to be able to sit on the outside terrace.
Mould smell in the room, visible mould in the bathroom. Needs a proper clean. The room and terrace looked like it was great once, but it hasn’t been maintained and there’s dead weeds in the terrace garden, and the room is looking a bit shabby. The exhaust in the bathroom has to run all the time to avoid setting the smoke alarm off, so that was a bit annoying too

The area is very nice! Quiet but perfectly located near the shrine. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing and we felt incredibly comfortable

I loved the location & how spacious and lovely the staff was. I arrived quite late but they were so accommodating.
Genuine, Japan has the best experience.
I thought I’ll get the room with big tilted window as shown in the image but that wasn’t the case. But that could be a misunderstanding on my part.
Honestly, every thing was just amazing. Loved how handy the location was. Felt like home.

Hotel in a nice position
The night-shift person in the reception wasn't able to speak English at all. I can't believe that in an hotel in a touristic area in Tokyo the receptionist can't speak English!
