This would be 6/5 stars for location alone! The communication was really good and check in was easy. The only reason this didn’t get 5/5 stars was because the wifi was having issues BEFORE we arrived and we weren’t notified. It was a working holiday and wifi was essential. We had access to the neighbor wifi which has some issues here and there. And we also had a technician in the room while we were there. Everyone was very kind and helpful, but it was just not an ideal situation (especially coming out of the shower to two strangers in the apartment). The other reason it’s not a 5/5 is because the AC unit made a repetitive grinding sound every 5 minutes and it was hard to sleep. And this was ongoing for the entire 7 day stay. Overall, being in Old Town Nice was insanely convenient and the apartment was cute and clean. We were sad to leave after our stay. The WiFi and AC were just not ideal experiences. I appreciated the time and effort of the property to help fix everything though.

The great are the manager and their communication. Truly outstanding. Be mindful though that they’re going to make you pay a fairly large security deposit. It’s well appointed but the best is the LOCATION with great markets and butchers and fruit and veggies and wine and cheese and bakeries and oh goodness terrific restaurants. It’s easy to get around, the park about a block away is wonderful. 1- we love Nice 2 we loved our stay here and Old Town The only negative is it’s a sofa bed..Not a one but definitely it’s a sofa bed
