Walking distance to everything; shops, restaurants, cliff walk. Cute house, totally updated and new. Wonderful time!

We loved the property. The location was great especially given that there is parking. We really enjoyed the back patio as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Newport. The house was clean, well stocked and perfect for the two of us and our dog. We were close to restaurants, stores and the harbor. We had one minor problem and within an hour of our call, the problem was solved. Thank you so much for a great stay.

My family enjoyed this house. Truly full kitchen, new bathrooms, tasteful decor. Walking distance to active part of town. Great base for exploring Newport.

Can't say enough good about this property. It was the perfect location for where I needed to be. It was clean, check-in was easy, I am hopeful I can stay there every time I go to Newport.

Stayed at this property with 5 women. It was a perfect location - we walked everywhere. The house was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so pleased with all the amenitites within the house, and loved the backyard space! With the couch and dining table, we spent most of our downtime out there eating meals or listening to music through the outdoor speakers and playing games. The location can't be beat! We walked downtown almost every day and were only a short drive to the mansions, cliff walk and the Newport Vineyards. We had an amazing time and would come back to this property again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Matthew!

Great location and ideal for the three of us. Kitchen has all the things we needed to make meals. Patio looks great, but it was chilly and raining most of the time we were there

The property was exquisite and located in the heart of shopping and exploration. We want to come back! Couldn't get the outdoor fire to stay lit- it would have iced the cake.

Location was amazing, interior and exterior breath taking. Just difficulty communicating with the manager and no fire pit which we saw in listing pictures, otherwise great.
