Stayed here many times. Good location, great staff. Always clean
1st time in a ground floor room which I didn't like. Could see and smell the rubbish bins outside. Woken up early with yapping dogs outside our window.

Breakfast was good. Lots of options and was well presented.
Our experience unfortunately got off to a bad start with the receptionist who although we arrived early made us wait over an hour. My wife is disabled and when I asked for a ground floor room she told me we would have to wait for one to be cleaned. Then later when I questioned this she said the duty manager had to pass the room before we could enter. I have stayed at this hotel for many years but this is the last time. The rest of the staff were good and the food was good.
