We had a wonderful visit and the apartment was just as described. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The apartment is located right in the centre of the Old City. The only critique would be that although it's two bedrooms, the dividing walls do not go all the way up, so there isn't as much privacy if you had two actual walled bedrooms. Good value for price.

The stay was wonderful and we enjoyed being within the walls. There are several flights of stairs to get to the apartment and I can't remember if that was called out in the description or not. It would have been nice if the place had and iron and ironing board. I had to go back to the property managers location to pick up and return the iron. I also recommend that they add one or two ice trays for those like me that like ice in their drinks.
Side note, there is no glass in the windows between the two bedrooms, so just be aware if you're traveling with someone using the 2nd room, they'll be able to hear anything going on in either room.
Also, DO NOT try and use American Express to pay for your stay. Most of Croatia does not take AE and my reservation was cancelled because I used AE and didn't know it was cancelled until about two weeks before I arrived. I was able to rebook it using a Mastercard, but almost missed out because I originally did not see the note from VRBO because I was already traveling.

Amazing location, literally just on a beautiful alley in the heart of town.
Just an FYI - The apartment is a few floors up and you can’t park closer than a few hundred meters from there, so can be difficult with lots of luggage and small kids but I think that applies to anywhere in the old town. We parked in the free parking (just look up free parking online) and caught an Uber down to save on the super expensive parking.
Apartment has everything you need to cook basic stuff for the family too.

This is perfectly located in the very center of the old town. The front door is only 30 meters from the Stradun and sits about halfway between the Pile gate and the Ploce gate. The AC worked well. I would absolutely rent this again!
