Overall, we had a great time with family and friends, but there are a few things that need to be noted for future trips. (1) There is only table seating for 4 people (which is in the kitchen). There is a big dining room, but there is no dining room table. This information needs to be noted on the website in the property description, particularly for the size of groups that will stay here. If we had known this, we would have brought folding tables for Thanksgiving dinner. (2) The master bathroom is very nice, but there was not enough hot water to fill up the jacuzzi tub, so we did not get to enjoy that particular feature. (3) There was no cold water in the kitchen during the entire stay, but the homeowner was very communicative about this and did all they could considering it was a holiday weekend. As all homeowners know, sometimes these things just happen. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Plenty of room for everyone. Large Kitchen worked out great for us.

This house is so beautiful!! And peaceful. We stayed here for a family wedding & had a amazing time. Lots of space for everyone to get ready & conveniently located!!

The home was just as described on VRBO. Very nicely appointed and plenty of room for our family group of eight. We were alerted to an initial problem with the AC before our arrival but this was addressed by an HVAC service call shortly after we arrived and all was taken care of. Loved the home.

Stayed here to attend son’s graduation from Miss State. House was in great shape. Owner was easy to deal with and was very helpful when we wanted to stay for an extra day. Highly recommend the property
