Welcoming, fairly clean, spacious and air conditioner available.

It could have been cleaner but wasn’t too bad.

La centralità della zona, molto comoda a diversi siti di interesse.

Noi eravamo in otto e ci sono stati forniti soltanto quattro asciugamani per il bagno

Excellent position. The apartment is clean and comfortable

The Nuki smartlock didn't work at the arrival. It wa 11.30 in the evening, we had kids sleeping and the responsible wasn't picking up the phone. Only replied to text messages, trying to solve the wrong problem. It was the door sownstairs that didn't work, but they thought it was the one upstairs. They sent us a video showing the position of the emergency key, in the street at about 200 meters. We went there and there was no key. They sent a new location, went there and the key wasn't the right one. A the end we could open the door with the smartphone, after 1 hours waiting with kids on the street. The should use a more reliable entrance system and a better service in case the system fails, especially during the night.

The location of this flat is great, a lively neighborhood and in walking distance to many of the main sights and stations. There are several nice cafes, bars and restaurants near by and a metro stop and super market about 20 seconds from the door. The flat was spacious, the beds and sofa beds were comfortable, and it was nice to overlook a courtyard. We were 3 adults and four teenagers and there was just about enough room for us all for one night.

The NUKI lock system did not work, it was stressful trying to get into the flat and the host took a long time to resolve the lock problem once we were in, I had to wait nearly 2 hours for them to sort out the problem before I could explore Paris- this was frustrating. The second time of downloading the NUKI lock code it worked and was fine after that. The apartment was a bit scruffy and sparse.
