Location was beautiful. There was so much variety with the food. The Amenities were excellent!
Wish more staff would speak English.

Very clean and nice
Room service took to long to answer and the food was terrible

I loved the swim out pool and the hibachi restaurant.
The buffet was not it, there was a roach crawling on the table. And you need to reserve everything and the rooftop closes at 6pm and the restaurants are only from 6pm-10pm. Also things were promised to us and never happened. The tour that they talk about with breakfast is loooooong was there over 3hrs.

The resort and room was lovely .
What lets it down is some of the staff and I think it’s poorly managed . We were left waiting nearly an hour and half after check in time to finally get our room.
Many staff (especially in buffet ) were very sullen and rude . Staff around lobby bar and coffee bar were excellent t though

"Location bellissima e perfetta. Cibo ok, potevi scegliere anche alla carta. Quello Asian top. Struttura nuova e personale molto educato e disponibile. Davvero le critiche che ho letto in altre recensi..."
