I liked the location and view of the ocean. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Easy key retrieval from the lockbox, and there is covered parking.

When I read the description on booking.com, it didn't mention any construction on the building. The building where the apartment is under construction, as we see and as per the property manager. The description included a pool and beach access. The pool was closed due to construction, and No beach access. We had to walk a mile on the street sidewalk to get to the beach through a public park. I feel that we have been scammed by this listing, not openly disclosing that construction is ongoing and that there is no beach access or Pool. Booking.com need to remove its listing from the website to avoid any similar issues in the future.
