Excellent location, very close to the beach. The hotel also provides complimentary beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels, which was a great convenience.
The customer service was excellent and the staff were very attentive. A special mention to Bisi, who personally called me to check if we needed anything and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
It would be great to have a kettle in the rooms for making hot water or tea.
There is also no elevator to the second floor, which can be inconvenient when carrying luggage.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the excellent location and attentive customer service.

Clean and cozy hotel located next to a street with a calm traffic, yet close to Ocean Dr and the beach. Simple rooms equipped with anything you might need during a short stay. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing place close to Miami Beach. The self check in works very well. The facilities are great. Room and bed were spacious and clean. And the staff was always very attentive when we asked for help.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Loved the location in South Beach, the chic and stylish boutique vibes, and how comfortable the stay was for a longer trip. The staff were welcoming, and everything felt fresh, clean.
