Great house! Very nicely decorated house with lots of space. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped. with plenty of information on how to use the amenities and where to dine, etc. In general, Rob, the owner, was extremely attentive. He even accepted a medical device delivery for my mother a day before our arrival. Great Barrington is my favorite town in the Berkshires, and Rob's house is situated in the perfect spot. It is perfectly nestled in a nice neighborhood that "feels" far from the downtown area, since it's surrounded by the woods, but it's actually only a few minutes away. My favorite part of the house is the coffee bar! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to the Berkshires.

The only issue is the fireplace didn't work, but the owner, Rob, was very responsive when we needed his help.

the house was clear, beds comfortable, kitchen spacious and bright - location was peaceful and convenient location. When I had difficulty with the washing machine, the owner was very responsive to the problem.

I was not told how to get in the house before I arrived. I happened to get in because I found an unlocked door. once in the house, I found the instructions to get in a book on the kitchen table. Also the address given did not exist in my GPS or in google maps. When I called the local police department they told me the road name had been changed to Hemlock Hill. When I went to 16 Hemlock Hill I was told it was the wrong house. I called the owner who told me the address was Squaw Neck Road. That address was no where on the booking.com information given and so we were just riding around for about an hour trying to find the house. This needs to be corrected in the information disseminated to prospective guests.

Lovely house, great location. The space is very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The architecture is beautiful - modern with plenty of light. Nice big yard in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes' drive from Great Barrington center. If you drive a Tesla, there's a supercharging station a couple miles away at the Big Y supermarket.

Stayed here with a group of friends for a quick weekend ski trip. The house was extremely spacious, super clean, had beautiful furnishings and so many great amenities, was in a perfect location, and was easy to check in/out. It was also a great price! I would highly recommend this property and hope to book it again in the future.
