Everything was nice and clean easy check in process though phone call, it's the first villa in the property so easy access to shop and road, very private and security guard works 24hrs
In the master bedroom bath tub not functioning and initially ac took time to chill after that it was good

The property was close to the beach and had a common pool. It was a safe environment . There are 3 rooms and only the master bedroom was big. The other rooms were quite small. But it was enough for us and a maximum of 8 pax can accommodate. There is a small coffee shop right outside the gated community. And the villa itself is air conditioned.
We noticed that property wasn’t cleaned up well. There were half empty coke bottles in the fridge and there was a stench coming from the kitchen

Location was superb with shared swimming pool and private beach at walkable distance. Fully air conditioned villa which is much essential for this summer. Neat and clean property

Location was very good. Size of the property is ok.
Not upto the expectation as the villa is not a beach view property. It is the first property in a row of villas where the first property is closer to road (not to beach). So not good in terms of value for money. Cleanliness need to be better as the doors/kitchenettes were not maintained well.
